Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injectable that activates both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. The approved products are Zepbound (weight management, obstructive sleep apnoea) and Mounjaro (type 2 diabetes). Through telehealth it is sold as the approved product, as a compounded injection, and in compounded forms (microdose, orally disintegrating, sublingual, with additives) that have no trial evidence of their own.
