Errors are corrected on the page where they occurred, with a dated note; the original is never silently replaced.

Report an error

Email contact@bestglp1telehealth.com with the page URL, the figure or statement you believe is wrong, and where the correct information can be checked. Price reports are re-verified against the provider's page before any change.

Process

1. Acknowledge the report.
2. Re-verify against the primary source.
3. If wrong, correct the record; the old value moves into the price history with the date and reason.
4. Add a dated correction note to the affected provider profile and to the log below.
